Description
- Analyze claims, utilization, and employee data to identify trends.
- Develop and distribute reports/dashboards for leadership.
- Lead annual open enrollment planning, testing, and rollout.
- Monitor vendor SLAs and escalate performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA.
- Act as SME for escalated and complex employee benefit issues.
- Recommend enhancements based on analytics.
- Support cross-functional HR and Finance projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, collaboration, and a service-oriented approach consistent with Arkansas Children’s mission and values.
