Description
- Ensuring patient safety through proper use of equipment and adherence to hospital protocols.
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining medical equipment.
- Stocking and organizing supplies.
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting needs to the supervisor.
- Ensuring proper functioning of equipment and reporting any malfunctions.
- Answering telephones and directing calls appropriately.
- Maintaining patient records and documentation.
- Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Preparing charts and other patient-related documents.
- May assist the technician in duties of a Neuro Tech I/II/III, including hooking up, unhooking, and reviewing of studies.
- Other duties as assigned.
