- Develops recruitment strategies and yearly goals which promote and recruit subjects for clinical trials.
- Completes, organizes and maintains recruitment records for clinical research studies.
- Screens and evaluates volunteers for clinical trial participation by identifying subjects which meet enrollment goals.
- Designs study-specific materials for publication.
- Creates an inviting and friendly environment for research participants.
- Measures and reports the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Develops recruitment materials and facilitate public promotion including social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) with approval for all public relations, outreach and marketing activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
