Scheduler

As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Installation Scheduler to join our office team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule the installation of metal buildings efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing installation dates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service.
• Communicate with installers to ensure all resources and materials are available for scheduled installations.
• Monitor installation processes, making real-time adjustments to schedules as required to address any unforeseen delays or issues.
• Maintain and update installation records and scheduling databases.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and local regulations during the scheduling and installation process.
• Provide feedback to management on potential improvements in the scheduling and installation processes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in operations management or related field is a plus.
• Experience as a scheduler, dispatcher, or in a similar role; experience in construction or installation industries is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact with customers and team members professionally.
• Proficient in MS Office and any relevant software for scheduling or project management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving aptitude.
