We provide commercial, medical, and industrial with commercial cleaning and other related services.
ABS trains all employees on the proper guidelines, procedures, and proper & safe use of chemicals and equipment during the initial training and on an ongoing basis. Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strip and refinish vinyl and other resilient flooring
- Scrub, wax, buff, and burnish floors
- Clean carpets using extraction and low-moisture methods
- Clean tile, grout, and other hard-surface flooring
- Move and replace furniture as needed
- Operate and maintain floor-care equipment
- Mix and use cleaning chemicals according to instructions
- Inspect completed work and correct quality issues
- Keep equipment, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized
- Communicate job progress, supply needs, and site concerns to management
- Follow company safety procedures and customer-site requirements
- Floor-care or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
- Experience with buffers, burnishers, extractors, and automatic scrubbers is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and follow written instructions
- Dependable attendance and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work for extended periods
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and occasional weekends
- Must be able to travel to customer locations within the assigned service area
- Must pass applicable pre-employment screening including background review and drug screening required.
