Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Laborer/Driver, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery services. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving inventory within the warehouse, as well as safely delivering goods to various locations using a box truck or similar vehicle. Duties
- Load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques
- Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmission for route driving and deliveries
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance
- Deliver products to customers or job sites, providing excellent customer service throughout each interaction
- Assist with inventory management by organizing stock within the warehouse and maintaining accurate records
- Move heavy items efficiently, utilizing proper lifting techniques to prevent injury
- Follow safety protocols during all warehouse activities and driving operations to ensure a secure environment
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience, including loading/unloading and inventory management
- Commercial driving experience with a valid driver’s license suitable for operating box trucks or similar vehicles
- Delivery driver experience, especially route driving and load & unload procedures
- Familiarity with forklift operation, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of driving with manual transmission is a plus, along with experience as a courier or delivery driver
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Salespad and/or Keorber infios experience
