What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility Operator - River Mountain Quarry position at Arkansas and Louisiana Aggregate?
Job Description:
Experience with barge unloading and equipment essential to barge unloading is not required but beneficial. Willingness to train on and successfully and safely learn such equipment operation is a must. Position will consist of apprenticing and training to operate all yard equipment including loader, plant, and other equipment. Training period duration and process will be dependent upon successful candidate experience and progress and compensation will be in line with this process. Position will consist of extensive manual labor related to plant maintenance, yard housekeeping, as well as other areas. Will consist of sever duty condition including inclement weather. - Equipment operation or mechanical background preferred but not required.
- Cable crane, Skid steer, Front End loaders experience preferred but not required.
- Welding experience is preferred.
