About the position: Arkana Laboratories is looking for a Brand Manager who brings sharp marketing instincts to everything they touch — branding, advertising, internal projects, and beyond. You'll report to the Marketing Manager and act as a go-to resource for the marketing team, helping shape how Arkana shows up across every platform and touchpoint.

You'll report to the Marketing Manager and act as a go-to resource for the marketing team, helping shape how Arkana shows up across every platform and touchpoint.
What you'll do:
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing initiatives, serving as a key resource for the marketing team
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly from kickoff to completion
- Field marketing-related questions and asset requests from other departments
- Track project progress, flag roadblocks early, and proactively solve problems to keep things moving
- Audit projects/events once completed, conduct post-mortem meetings, outline improvements, and implement process changes in collaboration with the marketing team
- Foster a collaborative work environment and facilitate effective communication between team members and other internal teams
- Develop and maintain brand messaging that's consistent, fresh, and genuinely engaging across all platforms
- Design, create, and produce necessary content – print and digital
- Maintain stock of company marketing assets
- Be able to give branding and messaging input on any project
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in branding or corporate marketing (required)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Solid grounding in marketing principles and tactics
- Comfort with everyday business tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, plus web-based applications and third-party portals)
