ARKA INNOVATE is hiring on behalf of our client for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with experience in Python, GCP, ReactJS, AI Agent.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ReactJS, and backend development, along with hands-on experience in building and integrating AI Agent-based applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering intelligent, scalable, and production-ready enterprise solutions leveraging modern AI frameworks and cloud-native architectures.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop end-to-end full stack applications across frontend (ReactJS) and backend systems
Build and integrate AI agents and agent-based workflows for intelligent automation and decision-making
Develop, manage, and optimize APIs, databases, and cloud-native services on GCP
Work with AI-assisted development tools and coding agents to improve development efficiency
Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cloud, data, and AI/ML teams
Implement best practices in system design, code quality, testing, and deployment
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the full stack
Contribute to architecture decisions for AI-driven and cloud-native systems
Qualifications & Requirements
8–10 years of experience in full stack development
Strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, CSS3, and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar)
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – mandatory, including deployment and cloud services
Experience in API development, database integration, and cloud-native architecture
Solid understanding of AI Agent frameworks and agent-based system design
Experience working with coding agents / AI-assisted development tools
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or Generative AI systems
Familiarity with workflow automation and orchestration tools
Experience integrating with enterprise systems and distributed architectures
