Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel locally as business needs require.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service and fostering positive client partnerships.
- Minimum of 3 years of on-property hotel sales experience (Director-level or senior sales manager experience preferred).
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue goals within the hospitality industry.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Identify, generate, and nurture leads through brand channels, management company resources, and third-party platforms.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across corporate, group, and leisure market segments.
- Analyze market trends and top account production to identify new business opportunities.
- Actively engage in local market outreach through direct sales calls, client visits, networking events, and community partnerships.
- Direct all hotel sales and marketing initiatives to consistently achieve or exceed revenue, productivity, and booking objectives.
- 30-40 Proactive Sales Activities per week
- Revenue Management tasks for day-to-day rate strategy
