Position: SailPoint Developer Location: Hybrid Fairfax, VA
Position Overview:
The SailPoint Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. The role focuses on configuring connectors, workflows, rules, and policies that automate identity lifecycle processes and ensure compliance with security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ configurations, including workflows, certifications, rules, and roles.
- Develop custom connectors and integrate SailPoint with various enterprise applications (Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, Azure AD, etc.).
- Configure provisioning policies, access requests, approvals, and identity lifecycle events.
- Create and maintain beanshell scripts, rules, and workflows to support automation.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement identity governance and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of SailPoint modules and connectors.
- Implement and support access certifications, policy violations, and access reviews.
- Ensure solutions comply with information security and regulatory standards.
- Maintain documentation related to configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development and implementation.
- Strong experience with Java, Beanshell, XML, Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, cloud directories, and SaaS applications.
- Understanding of identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes.
