We are seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about patient-centered care, who wants to grow as a clinician, grow with an up and coming company and wants to work in a professional, close-knit setting.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions with a focus on quality of care and patient outcomes
- Document patients’ progress accurately and in compliance with state and insurance regulations
- Collaborate with the clinic owner to optimize patient care to give them the best experience possible
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with the clinics’ standard
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, injury prevention measures, and healthy movement practices
- Collaborate with the clinic owner to continuously improve clinical operations, patient satisfaction, and overall practice performance.
- Contribute to the clinic's marketing initiatives and participate in physician and community outreach efforts to help grow the practice and strengthen referral relationships.
- Demonstrate a commitment to building the practice by pursuing long-term professional growth within the company and actively contributing to the practice's continued success and expansion.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license in good standing
- Strong manual therapy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with patients and co-workers
- Commitment to evidence-based, patient-focused practice
- 5-10 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
