What are the responsibilities and job description for the Irrigation Specialist-Technician position at ARK Irrigation?
Extremely family oriented growing residential/commercial irrigation (sprinkler) company has an immediate opening for an experienced irrigation technician.
Does the irrigation company you work for pay you for the knowledge you have?? We're not afraid to pay for that knowledge that you've earned. A minimum of 2yrs experience in irrigation work is required.
Must have a working knowledge of the following but not limited to: (IF YOU CANNOT PERFORM THESE BASIC TASKS, NO NEED TO APPLY, WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE)
- wet inspections
- repair/replace valves, timers, solenoids, pressure switches, knowledge with well pumps
- install irrigation lines and/or make repairs
- physical ability to walk/stand for long periods of time - this position also requires using a shovel/rake
- troubleshoot electrical issues and USE a WIRE TRACKER
- MUST have a VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
- PUNCTUALITY and DEPENDABILITY are vital for this position
