Role: desktop support
Location: onsite (Mahwah, NJ)
Support for a large base of Office 365 with a concentration on the deployment, customization, and updating of the desktop software:
· Customize Office 365 installation XMLs
· Deploy Office 365 monthly updates from BigFix
· Knowledge of Office 365 licensing
· Understand Office 365 on Citrix
· Change Office 365 update channels
· Ability to test installations on lab VMs
· Desktop Visio & Project deployment experience
