The Hotel General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding our mission, vision, and values. This hands-on leadership role includes oversight of a new-build property through the pre-opening and hotel opening phases, requiring a proactive, self-starting individual with 24/7 availability to ensure excellence across all departments.


The GM must bring a strong Marriott brand experience and a deep understanding of extended-stay operations, delivering consistent brand standards, exceptional service, and operational excellence from opening day forward.
