The Director of Sales is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and maximizing the overall sales performance of the hotel. This role develops and executes property-level sales strategies, builds and maintains key client relationships, and identifies new business opportunities across all market segments. The Director of Sales works closely with revenue management, marketing, and operations to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall hotel profitability. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-driven sales professional with strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, as well as a proven ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts. This role reports to the Director of Operations and/or Regional Director of Sales and provides leadership and direction to the property-level team.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
