Ark Healthcare and Rehabilitation at St Camillus, a 124-bed Skilled Nursing Facility seeks Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team
As a compassionate LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse. Ideal candidates will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications timely, clean and dress wounds
- Assist with other basic medical care tasks
- Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
- Provide psychological and emotional support when needed
- Communicate with patients' family to provide advice, comfort and discharge instructions
Ideal Candidates will possess:
- 1 year of nursing experience within a SNF/LTC setting preferred
- 1 year of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
- Current State of CT Licensure
- Current CPR/BLS Certfication
