Ark is a private membership club in Miami, built around a high-spec curated fleet that rotates every quarter. The cars are the shared interest, not the point. The real product is the room: a community of founders and operators, and a calendar of drives, dinners, and events.
What the role actually is
You'll be the human behind every deal at Ark. Leads arrive by text, form, and DM, and you take them from first hello to closed. Your job is to build the relationship, follow up relentlessly, and close.

The offer
- Competitive base plus uncapped 10% commission on everything you close
- Memberships pay $1,000 the same day the deal clears. Close one in the afternoon, get paid that night.
- Realistic OTE around $90k in year one, and there is no ceiling on the top end

- You've sold something before that people didn't need but deeply wanted
- You can talk to successful people as a peer, not as a salesperson
- You're organized enough that a lead never slips through the cracks
- Experience is a plus
Where it goes
This is a ground-floor seat. As we grow, this role grows into Senior Client Advisor and then Head of Sales, building and leading the team underneath you. Get in early, prove you can close, and you build the department.
