**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction. A property and casualty license is required as you will be handling the personal insurance needs of our clients. For example, homeowners, automobile, recreational vehicle, and personal umbrellas.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assisting clients with their personal insurance needs.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Upsell products and services to increase revenue.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on client concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional support.
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products.
- Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for this role.
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
