- Provide basic equipment orientation and support to clinical staff
- Build strong relationships through professional, responsive customer service
- Ensure accurate delivery, pickup, and service documentation
- Identify and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Load, unload, clean, inspect, and disinfect equipment to Arjo safety and quality standards
- Operate a 20-foot box truck safely and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance

What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of customer service, delivery, or field service experience
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a 20-foot box truck
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor Wichita environment
- Schedule based on customer demand; may include some nights and weekends
- Ability to travel , including:
- One week of training in San Antonio, TX
- Additional travel opportunities to support service centers nationwide
- Travel by commercial air for business needs
- Primarily hospital-based work (not in-home care)
- Local routes—home every day
- Higher pay than many similar roles in Wichita
- Strong focus on customer relationships, not just deliveries
