| Position Highlights | The Chen lab in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at R. Ken Coit College of Pharmacy, University of Arizona is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to investigate molecular mechanisms underlying lung infections (viral or fungal) and chronic lung diseases such as asthma. Research in the Chen lab is currently supported by multiple NIH R01 grants and focuses on molecular immunology and inflammatory mechanisms. Cutting-edge research models (eg. primary cell/organoid cultures, mouse models and human clinical samples) and technologies (e.g. scRNA-seq, CRISPR) are utilized in the lab. the PI is highly experienced in mentoring postdoctoral trainees and is strongly supportive for their career development.
