Responsibilities
Assist with client-centered daily support, safe ambulation, household routines, and companionship while following the plan of care and keeping supervisors informed.
Requirements
Experience Preferred in a senior related care setting
Current CPR certification
Must have a criminal background check and other checks as required
Must have valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and pass a motor vehicle record check
Two verifiable references
Must maintain all certifications, training, and company and state regulation requirements for employment
Reliable means of transportation to get to assigned client visits

We are adding caregivers in Phoenix who combine compassion with professionalism and help clients maintain comfort, dignity, and routine.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
