Role Description
We are seeking a personable and knowledgeable Wine Tour Guide for a part-time, on-site position in Tucson, AZ. The Wine Tour Guide will lead engaging tours and provide exceptional service to guests throughout their winery visits. Tasks include offering historical and contextual insights, coordinating tour logistics, fostering a welcoming guest experience, and occasionally assisting with sales. This role involves direct interaction with guests, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable journey in Arizona Wine Country.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading Guided Tours and ensuring guests remain engaged and informed throughout the tour
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of regional history, wine production, and related topics to enrich the guest experience during tours
- Basic Sales abilities to promote additional services or items offered by Arizona Winery Tours
- Ability to manage schedules, navigate routes, and ensure timely arrivals at destinations
- A passion for wine and tourism, with a willingness to continuously learn about Arizona Wine Country
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive safely
- Physical ability to be on your feet for extended periods and assist with small group logistics
