Your Mission in Action:
In this role, you will support daily operations by accurately entering family and donor information into our CRM database, managing email communications, and organizing important documentation. This position is primarily computer-based, requiring strong attention to detail, solid keyboarding skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain donor and scholarship applicant information within the Insightly CRM system
- Manage and respond to email communications using Microsoft Outlook, ensuring timely and professional interactions
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) to support reporting, documentation, and daily administrative tasks
- Organize, file, and maintain supporting documentation with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient operations and deliver exceptional service to Arizona families
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of administrative, data entry, or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- One year of experience in a related field, including experience working with CRM systems (Insightly preferred)
- Background in nonprofit, education, or customer service environments
