We are excited to add an experienced Project Manager to our fast-growing team. The PM will be responsible for completing projects on time and on budget. Responsibilities Include:
- Experience in insurance reconstruction.
- Experience with overseeing small to large projects (Fire losses experience a plus)
- Have anywhere between 15-20 projects on going at any given time.
- Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to take initiative
- Must be computer savvy
- Communication- ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, sub-contractors. Respond promptly to all clients communication
- Scheduling- manage project from start to finish with multiple projects on going at the same time to ensure projects are closed out by due date. Schedule final walks with clients in a timely manner.
- Regularly perform site inspections on projects to confirm quality control
- Ensure proper pictures and documentation have been uploaded before, during and upon project completion.
- Create budgets and work orders for sub-contractors. Obtain sub-contractors bids on bigger projects to insure project is within budget.
- Ensure projects run on schedule and complete within budget
- Organize daily job schedules and workflows to ensure job efficiency and completion of tasks
- Can read blueprints, pull permits and meet with city inspectors
- Follow up on any customer issues or concerns while getting to the bottom of the problem and determining the most appropriate resolution
- Difficult problem-solving abilities and out of the box thinking
- Strong construction background with knowledge of current codes requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in Xactimate
- Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage workload and effectively prioritize projects.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Minimum of 5 years construction experience
- Minimum of 3 years project manager experience
- Minimum of 2 years restoration experience
