POSITION SUMMARY:
The position will be responsible for providing support to units within the Certification and Licensing Division. This position will work on and support multiple projects simultaneously. The Specialist will work directly with applicants, division staff, Committees, Boards, and the State Bar to coordinate all aspects of the licensing process.
Must be available to work in the office during the Court operating hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. May be assigned a different work schedule depending upon the nature of the job or the operation needs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will hold a degree and at least two years of related experience including experience drafting legal pleadings, orders, and reports. Directly relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement. This position requires strong typing skills with attention to accuracy; proficient in formatting and merging documents. Skill in effectively engaging and guiding challenging individuals or complex business entities, the ability to understand and preserve the confidentiality, and must be capable of analyzing situations and solving problems effectively.
