- Experience: 3 years of coaching experience (you know your way around the gym… without tripping over mats!)

- Basics: High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Age: Must be 18 years or older.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and be able to maintain a consistent schedule (our kids count on you!).
- Strength: Ability to spot athletes and move equipment (must be able to lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs).
- Agility: Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and climb to navigate the gym and keep our athletes safe!
