Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Structural Engineer, based in Salt Lake City, UT, with the flexibility of some work-from-home options. The Structural Engineer will be a leader in our company and will spend significant time planning and coordinating projects with other engineers on the team. In addition, this job will require performing calculations, conducting structural analysis, designing innovative solutions, and utilizing engineering principles to ensure the safety and quality of various projects.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
- Proficiency in performing Calculations and Structural Analysis
- Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for drafting and modeling
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe
- Prior experience with residential, industrial, or retrofit structural projects is an advantage
