Sun Devil Athletics seeks a Coordinator, Creative Video Football who, under supervision prepares a variety of skilled video work using various production techniques which include computer video systems and software. Will work alongside the department's creative, media, and PR team members to provide a significant, consistent look for SDA, as well as the University. Reports to the Senior Football Brand Coordinator. Adheres to NCAA and Pac-12 rules and regulations, as well as the policies and procedures of the department, the university and the Arizona Board of Regents.

Essential Duties
- Manage team twitter page @risingsundevils on a day to day basis.
- Responsible for the development and creation of recruiting videos.
- Responsible for the development and creation of football highlight videos; individual position videos, game day videos, uniform reveals, etc.
- Oversees the student creative video department and their development.
- Assist with on-campus recruiting: Photoshoots.
- Assist with the buildout of the marketing calendar to recruits and stakeholders.
- Assist with branding entire communication campaigns including Video (Video/motion graphics), Video Spot.
- Under supervision, create branding guidelines that adhere to the University, NCAA compliance and current coaching staff philosophy.
- Coordinate, organize and execute video shoots for in/off-season content.
- Assist with the coordination of recruiting marketing campaign for both off-season and in season.
- Will help coordinate, organize, and execute National signing day content (video/gifs).
- Organize and execute game day media needs (videography).
- Organize and distribute game day content for recruiting media and athletics marketing (recap videos, recruiting videos).
- Organize and update recruiting prospect boards for content distribution and social media.
- Organize and execute in-house media requests (coaches video, administration video).
- Organize and distribute recruiting media to coaches and software distribution platforms.
- Work directly with the athletic media department for collaboration, branding, and communication of current coaching staff philosophies.
- Provide supervision to students, interns and subordinate members of the creative team.
- Assist with official/unofficial visit operations and On-campus recruiting (videos).
- Help to coordinate, organize, and distribute in-season and off-season media calendar for all social media platforms and areas of communication.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of experience in the program of assignment; OR, Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an athletics program (2 years).
- Experience with videography and video editing for athletics program preferred (2 years).
- Experience in motion graphics/visual special effects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of intercollegiate athletics rules and regulations, and University policies and procedures.
- Experience with Adobe Premier, and other creative mediums.
- Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations .
- Demonstrated knowledge and management of equipment and inventory for football creative video.
- Experience in coordinating and prioritizing work and activities of self and others.
- Demonstrated knowledge of issues pertaining to area of assignment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.
- Experience in planning and organizing.
- Evidence of effective communication.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Experience in stimulating changes in individual, institutional, and corporate behaviors to create a more sustainable environment.
- Experience in leading by example in communicating, participating and encouraging support of the institution’s sustainability programs.
Working Environment
- Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse.
- May be required to travel with the team and work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work.
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds.
- Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities, which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.
- Clearly communicate to perform essential functions.
- Regularly teach and oversee a small group of individuals.
- Occasional driving may be required.
- Regular use of office equipment including, but not limited to: computer workstation/laptop (keyboard, monitor, mouse), printer, copier, scanner, telephone, and associated computer/technology peripherals.
- Regular use of cameras, and other materials used for high quality videos.
- Travel may be required.
- Hours may include nights, weekends, holidays.
