The Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University (www.thunderbird.asu.edu) is pleased to announce this incredible opportunity for a tenure track/tenured faculty position in Cross-Cultural Management, focusing on international cross cultural management issues in global organizations in private, public, and/or nonprofit sectors.
The position is for the rank (Associate or Full Professor level), with the expectation that the successful candidate will have a demonstrated record of world-class graduate and executive teaching, relevant industry experience, and ability to conduct high quality research to include publications in ?A level? journals and/or books with premier publishers/University presses, as well as top-tier applied publications (HBR, SMR, etc.).
Thunderbird?s mission is to educate visionary leaders who innovate with a global digital mindset to shape future organizations for enduring impact. The successful candidate will be working closely with Professor Mansour Javidan, Najafi Chair in Global Mindset and Digital Transformation and Executive Director of Najafi Global Mindset Institute to develop science-based solutions to help managers, students, and organizations across the globe develop strong global leadership and management capabilities. Candidates who have lived or worked for extended periods in different parts of the world, with prior strong track record in research, teaching, and innovative solution designs are highly preferred.
