This is a part-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, for a Human Resources Assistant at Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation. The HR Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee records, coordinating training programs, assisting in benefits administration, and providing support for HR systems such as HRIS. The role also involves supporting HR management with various administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management principles
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and employee records management
- Understanding of Benefits Administration processes
