Roofing Project Manager

We are a rapidly growing roofing company looking for a high-level Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellence.

This is a leadership role in the field — owning projects, driving quality, protecting the homeowner experience, and ensuring every job meets our standard of execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for homeowners, subcontractors, and the office to keep projects running smoothly.
• Coordinate crews, materials, deliveries, and scheduling to prevent delays and resolve job site issues quickly.
• Manage change orders by communicating project modifications, coordinating materials, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Conduct quality control inspections, complete homeowner walkthroughs, and resolve outstanding items before project closeout.
• Complete project closeout by collecting required documentation, final payments (when applicable), completion certificates, and customer reviews.
• Maintain accurate job records, photos, and compliance documentation while identifying code or insurance-related requirements.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager and Operations team to improve processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and keep projects on schedule
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the confidence to professionally manage homeowners, crews, and office staff.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
• Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and basic computer software for documenting jobs, photos, and project updates.
• Valid Drivers license ability to commute to the office
• Experience using CRMs or project management software (JobNimbus, AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, etc.) is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
