JOB DESCRIPTION
Arizona Rehab Campus’ Family Nurse Practitioner directs, coordinates, and provides medical/clinical services to clients within the facility including, but not limited to intervention, assessment, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, engagement, family meetings, supportive psychotherapy, patient education, risk assessment and discharge planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Unrestricted Registered Nursing license in the State of Arizona. Licensed in the State of Arizona and National Certifications.
Experience: 3 years’ experience in a substance abuse, co-occurring and residential treatment setting preferred, or 3 years’ experience in the delivery of crisis mental health and/or delivery of family health treatment preferred.
Licensure: Unrestricted DEA license, DEA X license (Suboxone Certification) required. Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and has prescribing privileges through the Arizona State Board of Nursing. Healthcare Provider CPR, Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card, Handle with Care within 90-days of hire and negative TB upon hire and annually thereafter.
