What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front End Manager and Legal Document Review position at Arizona Quick Serve?
Full Time, Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5pm, Pay Rate: $22 Hourly. In this position qualified candidates will be responsible for all front end retail operations and ensuring accuracy of legal documents sent to clients. All training will be done on the job. Daily activities include:
- Electronically capture fingerprints and advise clients on what process or procedure they need to complete a background check
- Retail sales of hidden cameras, GPS trackers, audio recorders and counter surveillance measures.
- Print, review and email affidavits of service checking for a high degree of accuracy
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
The applicant must have a professional appearance and telephone skills.
Be able to demonstrate Microsoft office competency specifically in Outlook, Word and Excel.
Must be able to handle clients quickly, friendly, and patiently.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to work unsupervised Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
Handle confidential client information discreetly and professionally.
