- Develops, writes, edits, and maintains operating and maintenance policies, processes, and procedures.
- Observes operating activities to determine operating procedure and detail.
- Interviews operations, maintenance, planning, engineering, and supervisory and management personnel and reads reports and other material to become familiar with operating systems and processes.
- Organizes materials and completes writing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology.
- Must have AA/AS degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in an electric industry environment
- And two (2) years’ experience drafting operating and maintenance policies, processes, and procedures.
- Must possess strong verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PC software applications including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
