What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Health Engineer III/Senior position at Arizona Public Service - APS?
System Health is as asset management and maintenance support organization, dedicated to understanding maintenance best practices, asset analytics and evaluating outcomes to maximize the useful life of equipment both inside and outside the fence. Substation experience and an understanding of both the electrical and mechanical realities of large equipment support system health engineers in making assessments and recommendations for our asset fleet.
The Engineer III/Senior
- :Provides technical engineering, design, economic and analytical support to participate in the development of long-range system plans and conducting of engineering requests, proposals and presentations
- .Performs engineering tasks requiring skills and experience gained through application of engineering methods and analysis
- .Has increasing responsibility for technical decisions and interpretations. Provides technical guidance and leadership to others as needed
- .Should have a strong understanding of transmission engineering and maintenance, and asset management in the transmission space
- .May be subject to shift work

Minimum Requirement
s:Level I
- IIBachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline or related applied science discipli

- s.Approved Engineer degrees: Materials Science/Metallurgy, Physics, Chemistry, Math, Nuclear, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, Computer Science, Environmental, Chemical, Architectural, Structural.
