Manager, Information Technology | Cloud Engineering
As the Manager of Cloud Engineering, you’ll lead a high-performing team focused on delivering scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions across Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Your day will involve balancing cloud architecture best practices with evolving business needs—ensuring seamless integration, system performance, and stakeholder alignment. You’ll provide strategic direction on cloud adoption, coach technical staff, and drive continuous improvement in infrastructure, automation, and service delivery.
You are responsible for:
- Leading and coaching a team that supports system design, implementation, and support for new and existingcloud-based infrastructure.
- Overseeing prioritization, intake, and planning for cloud and infrastructure initiatives.
- Ensuring alignment between business goals and technical architecture through thoughtful system integration and cross-cloud strategies.
- Resolving complex technical and operational issues and implementing scalable, secure solutions.
- Driving customer satisfaction through strong service delivery, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Multi-Cloud Expertise
- Delivered cloud solutions in Azure (VMs, AKS, Azure AD, networking) and OCI (compute, storage, Exadata, IAM).

Infrastructure & DevOps Skills
- Worked hands-on with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM, OCI Resource Manager).

- Developed scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and cloud operations.

Manager, Information Technology | Cloud Engineering
- BS in Computer Science, Business or related degree or equivalent work experience.
- PLUS eight to ten (8-10) years progressively responsible related experience in area/s of assignment is required to obtain an advanced understanding of information and/or communication systems, operatingsystems, network communications, equipment and infrastructure.
- Demonstrated leadership skills required.
- Previous supervisory (4 direct reports) experience preferred.
- Demonstrated high quality oral, written and presentation communication skills, high quality interpersonal and people management skills, and demonstrated experience in project management.
- Extensive experience in information systems methodologies, systems guidelines & architectures, and technologies.
