Flexible Scheduling Options:
We are pleased to consider candidates seeking either full-time or part-time employment. For part-time roles, we have availability for the following consistent schedules:
- 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive, professional, and helpful attitude.
- Manage all FedEx traffic, including processing incoming and outgoing packages efficiently.
- Coordinate courier arrangements for other Arizona Premier Title branches as needed.
- Order and manage remote notary services when required for transactions.
- Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome and directed appropriately.
- Provide general administrative support to the office team, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, and basic data entry.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in a front desk, customer service, or other client-facing role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A consistently friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in a retail or service-oriented environment is considered a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
