Termite Technician (Outdoor)/Float

Job Summary:
We are seeking an honest individual full of integrity to enter our termite crew. We are willing to train and develop you to a higher standard. We offer not just competitive raises, but personalized ones to your investment with us. You don't need experience per say, however experience working outdoors and using power tools is a plus. Bring a consistent reliable work ethic and good attitude. Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to work is expected.

Responsibilities:
-Trench, Drill, and do physical labor. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Use power tools, concrete patch, and wall patch. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions, 100 degrees for multiple days at a time.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and complete necessary paperwork.
Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with farm or landscape work is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and digger bar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
