Arizona Oral Facial and Implant Surgery in Chandler and San Tan Valley, AZ is looking for a motivated and compassionate Treatment Consultant/Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team! Responsibilities:
- Present and explain oral surgery treatment plans to patients in a clear, compassionate, and compelling manner
- Develop and maintain strong patient relationships to support case acceptance and follow-through
- Coordinate with clinical staff and surgeons to ensure seamless patient communication and scheduling
- Provide financial consultations, including presenting payment options, financing plans, and insurance coverage
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients to answer questions and encourage treatment completion
- Maintain accurate patient records and track treatment plan progress within the practice management system
- Support front office operations and contribute to an outstanding patient experience from consultation to post-op
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a dental, oral surgery, medical or specialty healthcare sales/consulting role is necessary
- Strong knowledge of dental, medical and oral surgery procedures, terminology, and treatment planning is required
- Proven ability to present treatment plans and close cases with professionalism and empathy
- Experience with dental insurance verification and third-party financing (e.g., CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, etc)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
- Proficiency with dental practice management software
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple patients and priorities simultaneously
