- Trained in AX, able to RAF FG and can close WO accurately
- Advance Machine adjustments /operation & Setup and ability to train others on all assets in Line plus knowledge of set up and operation of another
- Ability to train others in cleaning Procedures and Deep Cleans.
- Advance understanding of Redzone and able to train others.
- Trained in quality systems(pass cleans & complete line release).
- Can Train others in quality systems (15-minute checks, Pre-line Clearance).
- Product consistently meets 100% quality standards
- Track production numbers.
- Make sure employees are in their positions to start work and know their duties. Obtain replacements as needed.
- Ensure that production materials are available to begin work.
- Ensure that the batch record is running, and paperwork is accurate. Close it out upon completion.
- Track clean up, set up, and downtime.
- Retrieve all necessary samples required for batch.
- Non-supervisory role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some work experience.
- No certifications or licenses required.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Basic reading skills required.
- No computer skills required.
- Must have basic language skills. Fluency in multiple languages is desirable.
- Must have basic writing skills.
- Must be willing to learn new tasks and procedures.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively perform all essential position duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation without posing a direct safety threat to self or others.
- Maintain a regular and dependable work attendance record with few instances of unplanned and/or unexpected absence.
