Mobile Auto Detailer | Independent Contractor
We are a growing mobile auto detailing company looking for an experienced, reliable detailer to join our contractor network.
We handle the marketing, advertising, lead generation, sales, customer communication, scheduling, invoicing, and follow-up. Your job is simple: show up, provide an excellent detail, take care of the customer, and get paid.
We currently work with several technicians, but we are specifically looking for someone who has the availability, equipment, professionalism, and consistency to potentially become one of our primary detailers and take the majority of the jobs we generate.
This is a great fit for an experienced detailer who enjoys the actual detailing work but does not want to spend their time running ads, chasing leads, answering calls, scheduling customers, or collecting payments.
Compensation
This is a 60/40 revenue split, with the technician receiving 60% of the total service ticket.
For example:
- $200 service = $120 technician payout
- $299 service = approximately $180 technician payout
- Payments are sent after completed jobs
- No marketing or lead-generation costs to you
There is no guaranteed number of jobs, but our goal is to build a long-term relationship with someone who has the capacity to take consistent work as our volume continues to grow.
What We Are Looking For
You must already have a fully self-contained mobile detailing setup and be capable of completing both standard and more intensive detailing jobs.
Applicants should have:
- Reliable transportation
- Your own water supply/tank
- Your own generator/power source
- Pressure washer
- Vacuum
- Extractor
- Steamer
- Air compressor/blower as needed
- Polisher and appropriate exterior equipment
- Brushes, chemicals, towels, hoses, extension cords, and standard detailing supplies
- Equipment necessary for stain extraction and deeper upholstery/carpet cleaning
- Ability to perform interior and exterior details independently
- Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance
- Previous professional detailing experience
- Reliable phone and communication
- Strong punctuality and customer service
- Professional appearance when representing our company
Experience with services such as clay bar treatments, stain extraction, pet hair removal, engine bay detailing, odor treatment, headlight restoration, and similar add-ons is strongly preferred.
Availability
We are especially interested in someone who can take multiple jobs per week and potentially grow into our primary technician.
You will receive job opportunities with the address, appointment time, vehicle, services, expected time on site, and technician payout. Because this is a contractor position, you can confirm whether you are available for each opportunity.
The more availability, reliability, and quality you demonstrate, the more work we will be able to send your way.

If you accept a job, we expect you to arrive on time, communicate proactively if anything changes, treat the customer professionally, complete the agreed-upon services, and immediately communicate any issues or approved additional services to our team.
