We are an energetic real estate team looking to add 2-3 driven, licensed Real Estate Agents committed to achieving their career ambitions. Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent 90 Day Launch training program
- Dedicate at least 20 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
- Conduct a minimum of 1-2 open houses per week
- Join our daily (Monday to Friday) team Power Up meetings
- Participate in team activities adhering to team standards
- Attend weekly individual coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- An active Arizona Real Estate License is required for joining our team, though not necessary for the application process. If you don't possess one, we will guide you on how to obtain it!
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Maintains a positive and cheerful demeanor
- Comfortable with spending significant time driving
- Skilled at assessing clients' preferences and aligning them with suitable properties
- Eager to learn and grow
- Driven and demonstrates a track record of success
- High school diploma required
- Must be available for a full-time work commitment
- Arizona Real Estate License
