Weekend Infusion & Home Health RN
Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000
We’re looking for nurses who enjoy working with patients and caregivers to improve the health and quality of life of our community to join our Weekend team. The right candidate will be highly motivated and flexible and looking for a positive work environment. For decades we’ve delivered the highest standard of care in Arizona. We’re the preferred provider for most of the major hospitals in the valley. Unlike most home care agencies, we have an in-house pharmacy that allows our clinicians to closely monitor the patient’s response to IV medication.
About the role
The Weekend Warrior will apply all nursing skills in this role, including infusion, wound care, ostomy teach, medication teach, and disease management. Our orientation program is based on your clinical experience and need for further education. We encourage work-life balance through the ability to document at the point of care. We provide you with the tools to make this possible.

Requirements
- Based on assessment or new patients, creates the plan of care in conjunction with physician orders
- Provide hands-on nursing skills along with patient/family education per the patient's plan of care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Home Health, infusion, and wound care experience
- 2-3 years in a range of nursing roles
- OASIS fluency/KanTime EMR
Salary Description:
base plus mileage reimbursement
