- Provide direct patient care in office-based gynecology, including annual exams, preventative health visits, problem-focused visits, and follow-ups.
- Support surgical providers with pre- and post-operative care, counseling, and patient education.
- Perform in-office procedures within scope of practice (e.g., colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, IUD insertions/removals).
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
- Document thoroughly and accurately in the EMR system (AthenaOne).
- Participate in practice growth initiatives, patient education, and quality improvement efforts.
- Licensed NP or PA in the state of Arizona .
- Minimum 3 years of women’s health, gynecology, or related specialty experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, with a patient-centered and compassionate approach to care.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
