- Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
- Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.
- Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues.
- Serves as an advocated for patients needs by demonstrating holistic care practices.
- Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients conditions (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
- Utilizes SBAR format tool to notify physicians, and other providers of clinical findings, performs nurse to nurse report at the bedside.

- Masters Of Nursing, upon hire and
- Registered Nurse: AZ, upon hire and
- Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire and
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support, upon hire
Preferred
- Two (2) years emergency room RN experience
