2 years of Arizona probate paralegal experience required.

We are seeking a highly organized Probate Paralegal with strong Arizona probate experience to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare probate filings, petitions, inventories, accountings, notices, and related court documents.
- Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and task lists to ensure timely filings.
- Communicate professionally with courts, attorneys, clients, beneficiaries, and third-party agencies.
- Assist with gathering financial documents, creditor claims, and asset information.
- Support conservatorship and guardianship cases, including annual reporting.
- Prepare correspondence, summaries, and case updates for fiduciary review.
- Track and organize client property and financial documentation in compliance with fiduciary standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all Arizona probate rules and fiduciary regulations.
2 years of Arizona probate paralegal experience required.
- Strong knowledge of Arizona probate procedures, Superior Court filings, and estate administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail and case-organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-responsibility environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with case management software (Clio, MyCase, or similar) preferred.
- Certified Legal Document Preparer (CLDP) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
