Office Assistant/Receptionist

Arizona Dryout Restoration & Roofing is a fast‑growing emergency restoration company looking for a dependable, energetic Office Coordinator who can keep our operations organized while also helping drive our marketing and social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys being creative.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact — answering calls promptly and professionally
• Assist in coordinating emergency response teams during water, fire, roofing and mold service calls
• Maintain communication with customers, and some conversations with insurance adjusters and field employees.
• Support marketing initiatives, including social media posting, content creation, and outreach
• Capture photos/videos in the field when needed for marketing or documentation
• Help improve day‑to‑day operations, workflows, and internal structure
• Participate in ongoing training for specialized tasks (liens/preliens, payroll support, CRM management)
• Multitask effectively in a fast‑moving environment
• Keep a friendly, easy‑going attitude while staying productive and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator — confident on the phone and not afraid to talk to people
• Reliable and responsive, especially during off‑hours or emergency situations
• Creative mindset with ideas for content, marketing, and social media engagement
• Basic computer proficiency (email, social platforms, simple office software)
• Ambitious personality — someone who wants to grow with the company
• Comfortable balancing office duties with occasional field assistance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Solid common sense — no advanced degrees needed
• Friendly, approachable, and able to get information from techs/plumbers/customers when needed.
• Strong attendance and accountability.
