• Conducts pre-trip and post-trip inspections as required by Federal law\
• Supervises and trains assigned inmate workers\
• Closely monitors work crew activities and enforces security practices and daily sanitation in the area of responsibility in accordance with ADCRR policies, procedures, and best practices\
• Oversees the loading, delivery, and installation of ACI products\
• Supervises warehouse activities performed by inmates\
• Prepares necessary trip tickets per ADCRR guidelines and maintains CDL certifications/medical compliance\
• Takes precautionary measures to prevent damage or theft of items while in transit\
• Accounts for all goods being shipped on the bill of lading and verifies quality of goods being sold\
• Ensures quality installation\
• Interfaces with customers and vendors during pickup, delivery, and installation of ACI-produced goods\
• Operates material handling equipment, which includes hand trucks, electric pallet jacks, and gas-operated forklifts (up to 11,000 lbs. capacity)\
• Consults with the Regional Operations Manager, Transportation Supervisor, and other staff regarding quality control issues\
• Attends mandatory training and staff meetings\
• Prepares written reports as required\
• Drives on State business\

• Minimum of three (3) years on-the-job experience driving a semi-tractor trailer and/or box truck\
