Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a primary care Physician Assistant located in Tucson, AZ. The Physician Assistant will provide patient care by performing physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing chronic illnesses, interpreting test results, and developing patient care plans. Other responsibilities include collaborating with supervising physicians and other healthcare providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The individual in this role will provide patient education, coordinate follow-up care, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting physical examinations, diagnosing conditions, and delivering patient-centered care
- Knowledge and experience with medical procedures, administration of treatments, and interpretation of diagnostic tests
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation and care management
- Active certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) and licensing in the state of Arizona
- Knowledge of relevant clinical guidelines and commitment to ongoing professional development
- Experience in primary care or specialty care settings is advantageous
